Issue: Backorder Rejection
Below are the inputs provided reg. the issue
1)#3510181 ARUN didn’t drop on delivery the 0116 plant or fix it
2)#3510691 where it doesn’t look like ARUN ran on plant 0117.
3)#3512631 Deliveries were created for plant 0116 and ARUN did not process on the unit on 0117

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

While the SO was allocated on 12/21 by BATCHUSER, the delivery was not created on 12/21 and 12/22 for the below error-

However, the log appeared under shipping point 0510 which is different from the SO (0116).

No change logs were found on the SO and also no ARUN exception logs from 12/20 – 12/22. There was a change noticed on the AFS table (J_3ABDSI) on the user BRAHAR.

Resolution

We could raise an OSS on the collective log – delivery shown under the wrong shipping point.
We’ve noticed such errors in the past and couldn’t attribute a particular reason. It may be possible that the document was locked by the system/user.

Replicating the issue in Q600 , SO’s were allocated in background with different plants (0116 and 0117).
BMS continue looking into this and provide an update with the findings.
